the fact that this game also has 3 different base sections, main, hazard, portal, allows it to not just be a battlefield game, but also expand much further beyond just what it has been in the past

It is not a battlefield, I wanted a battlefield with many mechanics, super real graphics and a more realistic gameplay as always now everything looks like call of duty I don't like it... The graphic quality looks like cartoons and the animations of the players are very robotic.

Also the thing that bothers me most about people complaining is the way they say the game sucks in every aspect. No. Not even BF1 is perfect or 4 or Bad Company. Remember other games that failed on start? Like say Fallout 76? Its good now. Maybe if instead of complaining you helped give constructive criticism which is a nice way to put calling a feature dumb. Problem with this is, when people have given constructive criticism the developers called them toxic because they truly believe they put out a good product. The current product is barely average if even there at all. No game is perfect, but other battlefields had better bones to work with. I have zero faith in the current team at dice to make this game good….all the other battlefields you named were at least fun and had decent map design….this one isn’t fun for more than ten hours if that and doesn’t have great bones….they’re celebrating releasing a fricken scoreboard today…like seriously? Something so basic as a scoreboard? Let’s not forget the last patch before 3.3 was almost fifty days ago and all 3.3 got was a scoreboard and some minor fixes….that alone should make anyone still playing concerned…what the hell have they been doing where all that got implemented was a scoreboard in fifty days since the last patch…

EA needs to decide which launcher it’s using….the desktop app seems to be utter garbage…origin isn’t that good either…but at least it’s usable…but you need the desktop app for game pass PC.
