The need to reduce the distance from objectives, that's for sure. Either by having more civilian vehicles on the maps, having more objectives in the dead space between current objectives, or move the objectives closer to one another.

There's definitely still bugs, like the infinite loading screen one, or the being too close to terrain to revive, or players freezing in place with no way to kill them. Fixing the bugs and adding QoL updates is pretty much Step 1.

The real problem with 2042 is the polarizing bias players have in regards to it. Either it's a flawless game or a pile of hot garbage with either viewpoint not able to have a serious discussion on what it does right and how it needs fixing.
