battlefield devs could take a lot from this game but I think it skews too much toward hardcore and low health

Limited ammo on vehicles
Dragging bodies to revive
Simpler graphics are ok

But I think battlebit does a lot wrong too, the cap points are too large and you never have a feel for when you're capturing or not
Maybe some people like hardcore modes that have you dying in 1 or 2 bullets and bleeding out after being shot but I dont think that should be the normal game

There's very little back and forth in battlebit too its just sort of a meat grinder all the time

for all the complaining about cover and dying to things unfairly battlebit does that constantly

I will give you the destruction part. Hit reg has been a problem in every battlefield since 3. What would they have done with the shield? Rode it like a skateboard? If I was Josh brolin in old boy and woke up in that room and had to chose between 2042 and hardline I would still chose hardline

I don’t mean Hardline has hitreg issues. I just mean the gunplay is inconsistent. Sometimes the TTK is lightning fast, then sometimes it was slow as molasses. There was also just something about the movement that just felt so sluggish. I did not enjoy that game at all. And I was all on board with the theme.

I some zombie server in the portal, but ever since I created a few zombie matchup I usually spend time in those custom matchup I created to do grinding. I did have few people who did join on my zombie matchup, however other custom matchup I created are not zombie matchup, just do normal matchup like conquest or rush.

The only thing that stood out for me in BF3, you can summon the AC-130 gunship by capturing the objective, unlike in BF4 you need a commander player to summon the gunship and I haven't use the gunship plane since BF3.

Classes bring more structure and organization to BF. Each one has a specific role, and has gear to suit that role. It also brings a unique drawbacks so that each class cannot have the best gear and be overpowered. Want to be medic and supply your team with health? Great, but you are gonna need to sacrifice your anti tank stuff. Specialists give to much freedom. If you wanted, you could play Falck, have a sniper and ammo crate, and bam! You are a recon, support, and medic all rolled into one and you dont have to see anyone for the entire game. Classes are also easy to spot and register what you are coming up against. See a support? They are probably gonna have an LMg, and you could work around that. With specialists, you have absolutely zero clue what gun they are using, and what gadget you are using. Therefore you cannot tell what you are coming up against. Specialists work, but imo they fit more into HZ than AOW
