Just go to gym and make a workout out plan, split your workouts and make sure you keep maximum of 20-25 sets for each muscle group. If your under weight go on calorie surplus, if your overweight, go on calorie deficit. Doing push ups only is only working core, you want to work everything

Unity handles small games really really good and using C# is super comfortable. It's specially great for newcomers.

Unreal however is incredible. I miss working with it a LOT. super mature toolset, scales much better than unity to big teams / projects and you get the entire source code to twist and bend it to whatever you need.
