exactly, 2042 isnt a hero shooter. technically the traditional class system is more in line with what a hero shooter is.. unique loadouts filling a specific role in a team that promotes tight teamwork.. 2042 doesnt have that, it only has the secondary "hero aspects" in having a unique model, 2 perks, and a slight background story

I never wished anybody out of the job, I don't know why you think that would happen. The workforce would just be re-allocated. That's what having everything run on Frostbite is for.

i REALLLYYYYYYYYY hoped they would look at squad as an example.... squad makes my pee pee go boing. the vehicles are super strong but need to be played with infantry, other squads, cus heavy anti tank missles carried by AT specialists can ammorack them, disable transmission or engine, disable turret. straight up kill them. light anti tank can track them and in case of the bradley, disable turret rotation. you NEED to play armor slow in squad, but at the same time as infantry you shit your pants when you see a tank turn the corner. same with the transport heli's in that game. you need to be skilled to use them, but you cannot just fuck off anywhere and fly there. cus your tail can get shot out. your main rotor. your gunner can get shot. its super balanced

ah yes, infantry that has AA missles that cant lock unless the heli is literally sitting on your face, and will kill you before you can even lock, or just pop flares. AA trucks that have like 200 meters range on the bullets for some reason. bullets dont even travel super far.
i didnt reccord it but i had a moment when my entire squad was fighting over E1 on that snow map, the one with the massive snowy hill. there was 1 apache far range shooting nades and missles, and 1 nightbird strafing us constandly. 5 guys all with AA missles and we couldnt get a single shot off.

I think thats just POV messing with you, honestly. Gun sway in 3P tanks has been around for a while, its just a natural jankiness that comes from displaying the reticle on the screen. 1P also tends to make a lot of things seem faster since you have a closer in perspective

Yeah thats just a product of 3P forcing an awkward perspective. Been around for multiple titles. I've noticed the same thing for years now, you often have to aim high or low since the reticle doesn't point exactly where the barrel does, especially at close range

In 3p its like you're looking down at your barrel at an angle, whereas in First you're practically looking down ironsights meaning reticles are more accurate

That third person bob is more representative of what your gun is actually aiming at as the reticle crosses objects and terrain that are closer or farther away, which is much more noticeable since you're looking down at it from above, meaning you're seeing it jump around. When you're in first person, that moving around happens directly towards or away from you (since you're staring directly at that trajectory) meaning its not that noticeable.

Its an attempt to help visualize where your barrel is actually pointing from a detached point of view. Imagine your barrel has a big fookin laseh soight on it, and the reticle is the point that laser makes. Viewing that from above is gonna see that point jump back and forth as you pass it over different terrain, while in first person, all you're going to see is that reticle pass over terrain and objects in the same place from your point of view.
