i remember back when that first "incident" happened. i was playing the space MMO EVE Online. and there was a very very large european alliance. majority of which were russian and ukranian players. so when that all went down over there, that alliance disintegrated into civil war in game as well. suddenly third parties rushed in to claim their space and assets. what a great game.

The problem of bfv is, as you said, the lack of design. Post launch maps were awful, weapons stupidly broken. Beta bfv was so good.. But they killed it to catch more players. Yet, they didn't.

Nice exaggeration. Previous games built solid gameplay while leaving the artists to add more substance to the direction and world of the game. The only time I genuinely think detail got in the way was BFVs maps, which is something that was done great in BF1. BF1 had the best mix of solid art direction and playability in it's maps.

If your kills are assisting your teammates control objectives then KD doesn't matter so much. If you are just killing people for the sake of killing people, then you need a high KD ratio to impact the outcome of the game.

I'm not trying to defend the game, I believe there are significant flaws with it.

There are flaws, and it's the main reason why I haven't played it in weeks, but being toxic for the sake of being toxic isn't okay.
