That is wrong, in smaller projects time complexity doesnt matter. However, if bigger projects especially in game codes, time complexity matters a lot. Have you heard of YanderedDev's code? Its basically 10000 lines of if-else statements that iterate multiple times for one action in the game. Because of that, as you may think his game is terribly optimised. Time complexity of code is very important in games.

Whether it's too complicated and people don't understand why vehicle passenger damage is not just vehicle damage and why that changes probably means the gameplay system code is probably as complicated as physX code for whatever reason which is less human readable. And really the only reason that is the case is because the code on the GPU level is Nvidia philosophy and people who code physX might as well be Nvidia technicians because that's what debugging physX feels like a notepad in front of a monitor. And a lot of this messed up code is really a product of programmers having alterior motivations such as hacking so they have a means of more personal gain. And business is a very abstract practice so if you can decrease others value in the efforts of your work it's not actually a visible thing when it comes to legal interpretation and people will do that to make more money or control the work environment.

Yep, and I even stutter when I press AoW in the main game menu, it stutters and becomes a black screen for a solid 2 seconds before loading me into the lobby. And when i load into a game, it stutters quite a bit in the loading screen and in the first minute of the actual game

I think the persistence error is a problem on EA's end. It has to do with their servers, I think ive read an official tweet about this on twitter as well
