Honestly I disagree. BF3 wasn’t a spread-heavy as 4 (unless you were suppressed) but 4 made spread more of a constant. BF1 kinda took that to the extreme but the gun mechanics were pretty different cause of the time period. BFV was essentially BF1’s general weapon-balancing but with spread almost completely removed and the focus returned to recoil control

I was playing when 2042 was released and at that point it was impossible to get OCE/<100 ping servers at night for V/1

I get the deadlines where extremely tight and they had to create a new frostbite engine but so many aspects of 2042 are just half assed from UI to visuals and attention to detail. There legit is no hope for a comeback
