Not necessarily. Orbital is pretty open for the most part and it's an incredible CQ128 map

Yes. On Battlefield 3, 4 & Hardline - if you flew under a certain height, lock ons were no longer able to lock. Range was no issue, past that height - but under it, it was to allow you to fly low and keep safe. Flying under radar is something that's useful tbh. And a reference to a different but real tactic. Was hoping to see a return in 2042, but I guess they scrapped it since "legacy feature"?

Repair tool while flying is a valid, and old tactic as old as Battlefield itself. Been in the game since 1942 days (2002/2003) no issue there for me.

Soflam should only apply to certain launcher anyway... I don't know why the M5 is so versatile. It's a Fire and Forget launcher. NOthing about locking on... Game needs javelin for anti vehicle - and functionality to lock air vcehicles ONLY when soflam lock is on.

Sure but a lot of it just, is so out of place - it has a place in Battlefield - for sure, but it just doesn't seem right at this moment in time. I am sure with a little tweaking, it could work flawlessly. Battlefield in the eyes of community is always "Oh Conquest and this etc" but change has been effected 100 times before. 1942, 3, 4, V, 1943, 2142, Hardline, 1, etc. They're all unique in their own regard.

The weapons are awful. From their visuals, sounds and even kick. Shooting someone in the game is just not satisfying.

And the vast majority of weapons I've not even touched. Shotguns and smg's really aren't needed for 90% of most of the playtime in these huge open maps
