Apache is garbage. Run either the Homum or Little Bird. Quick strafe runs, then get low, rinse and repeat.

I'm fine with specialists. Only if it was implemented in a class format. I'm even down with guns being available for all classes. But still, gadgets should be class specific. E.G. Engineers should have a repair tool and a launcher. Can't do that in 2042

@tame cobalt I never thought I'd agree with you. But these specialist/heroes (although I think they should'nt have names but instead be called "wingsuit" etc.) Are probably what the franchise needs.
Stagnation is death, at least if they want to grow. CSGO is stagnation, it will never grow bigger than it is, numbers will fluctuate, but on a big enough time scale it wont grow anymore.

BF2042 needs to add voip, scoreboard, fix mouseinput, bugs, hitreg and server issues. Biggest of all though is mapdesign needs to cater more to infantery and ditch a bit of the open design.
