True. There are games out there that are significantly older than BF3/4/1 but still has a colossally bigger playerbase than all of those games combined. Battlefield as a franchise simply can't compete by only catering to their core base, which is why they're actively trying to reach a wider audience with these new BR-esque features in 2042. You either adapt to the times, or you die.

You'd think they would show that they are aware by tagging/pinning particular posts in this server alone, just for the simple effort in showing us they're "listening to feedback", especially for the hundreds that boost this server,, nope. You'll only see devs and the like here posting in general or other games.
