I dont think progression should be at the same pace, I think it should be slowed vs bots, so eg you have to kill two bots to get 1 kill on the weapons progress since the bots are easier to kill than players, but I do agree progress shouldnt be removed completely in any aspect, if you want to play vs bots you should be allowed to play how you want to, its a game after all. So long as bot kills dont count towards leaderboard stats when those are eventually added I see no reason why any other form of progression should be limited
