People often forget that gaming is about fun more than anything. I loved RDR2 but I honestly can't remember having a ton of fun with it and found it had a lot of tediousness in it even though it was highly polished and filled with content. On the other hand some of the most fun I've had while gaming are in unpolished buggy games. Of course, both fun and polished is great, but I'd rather have fun than just a polished game.

Awh. Yeah, life does always get in the way. Witcher 3 is massive. It took me an entire week of damn near non-stop play just to beat the main quest line. Idek how many hours total. It’s a huge time sink. That’s part of the reason I haven’t touched Breath of the Wild yet. I’ve had it for 2 years, but every time I think about playing it, I remember how long it’ll take. I work from home and tend to do around an hour of work a day and my employers think I'm working 8 hour days. I get the work done that they give me though so I don't think it matters too much lol.
