There's avenues to really get the devs attention while still able to TRY and have fun with the new game.

Make xp farming eligible to get your server shut down with no refund. People will stop immediately. It'll also fill the void of lack of community. You ever hop in a bf4 server and say hello and familiar green blue and red names appear saying hello back? Also the map voting system made it feel like a democratic community. Plus I've hardly seen any hackers since there's always active admins. Plus it'll assure the future of this game. Dice pulled the plug on their bf3/4 servers years ago and they're still going because of private servers
Hell even hardline is barely hanging on because of private servers.

On rush destroying walls surrounding the mcom made it much easier to arm the objective. Not levolution but just make destruction in general a factor for fixing the thing. It would have been such a battlefield-style fix instead of just plopping it somewhere else. Perhaps I'm just picking at things to complain but I see opportunities for dice to really appeal to the people on this side of the fence and they just keep missing.

In some definitions, a casual player can still care about where they rank - but they just don't play and practice in an organized manner with the sole effort of becoming better. Such as leagues, esports, clans, etc.

I wouldn't necessarily go as far as saying casual players just play without ever caring for how they stack amongst the competition, although that may be true for some. I still think many casual players would appreciate a scoreboard, I'd even consider myself one of them, although my enjoyment of the game isn't suffering without it to be fair.

Instead of just toggling xp on portal to fix the farms they could've made rented servers and make it so if you run an xp farm server you get your server shutdown with no refund.
