2042 is CPU heavy, if your CPU isn't particularly new it will be the likely cause. Obviously check stuff like vsync in game and GPU apps. Also ensure your resolution is set to the correct one as there are mutiple of the same one just with different hz

In all fairness, Caspers drone can be incredibly useful if spotting targets at key locations. That quite literally is teamplay in Battlefield, and someone fulfilling their class role of Recon. I thought people WANTED others to fulfill class roles and that they complained nobody was doing that in 2042.

Solo/Co-op should have full progression as they've advertised. Portal is where restrictions for specific settings are fair. For instance, whatever you decrease the HP to, xp is adjusted to it. 1hp = 1xp.

Ok, hear me out, XP for everything is increased to what it usually was: 100 for basic kills and vehicle destruction.

Bots get 30XP if fought in Intermediate, 10XP in easy, and 50XP with Hard mode.

Portal is almost the same thing but for health it decreased depending on how lower the health is when you spawn, anything below 10HP as base health is NO-XP.

Again, a very valid point that SHOULD be carried out. That way they can also cap mastery and unlocks on certain difficulties. Hard could mean full mastery and unlocks would count as well as weeklies.

Plus it will solve thay lack of community that everyone is complaining about. I thoroughly enjoyed hopping in battlefield 4 private servers and saying hello and having blue green AND red names appear many which are familiar greeting me back.

It will also work in addition to the anti cheat system they implement. I've been playing battlefield 4 solid for the past like 4 years and have only seen one hack flying and he was banned within 2 minutes of me typing in all chat.

It will also ensure the future of this game as well. Dice pulled the plug on their bf3 and bf4 servers years ago, the games are literally only alive because of private permanent servers.

Plus if EA is so money hungry, why not rent servers for extra income??

The issue is with certain types of progression, it earns nothing in those modes, which sucks. You never want to feel like nothing is happening. That said, if you earn at a reduced rate, at least you're moving the needle. It's no fun to not ever move the needle

BF could release with cubes as player models, untextured maps with no detail, and 1 gun and people would still buy it and defend it. There will never be a fix to triple A games being released incomplete, people will always buy it.

I think there's 3x more people like yourself who bought it and feel burned then people who bought it and genuinely enjoy it with no complaints.
