Game is very CPU intensive so it will likely be that dragging you down. Nvidia GPU's also seem to struggle more so than AMD for some reason. All that being said, low/med settings is all you need.

Easy way to check, stick iron sights to show closest and a big scope to the second and load in to see what one is defaulting on spawn. Pretty sure the one towards the centre becomes the dominant one thoguh
