Its the lack of identity for me, doesn’t seem at all like a Battlefield, nor does the core experience feel like an evolution or stepping stone for the franchise. Specialists are a turn off for a lot of people, the badly designed maps, and poor immersion. Bugs and glitches aside, it just feels like a lack of identity for the franchise, it’s pretty obvious who the game is marketed towards. I have a hard time telling if it wants to be a battlefield, or if it wants to follow the ADHD zoomer live service platform route with obnoxious skins and characters.

1. No score system. The score system has been gutted (Im not talking about the scoreboard, Im talking about the score system). Because of this no teamplay or squad play is reinforced. I get no reward for being a medic and just healing people. It promotes individualism.

2. The game is unbalanced. From maps to breakthrough and rooftop objectives to vehicle drops being free. It doesn't promote the sense of balance. It's just a sandbox that has had zero touch of care and balance and direction

3. It plays better in hazard zone than in any game mode because it was developed in a year and initially design to be a BR.

4. They sacrificed the core systems for unknown reasons we can't confirmed.|

5. There is a severe lack of content in the base game (AOW). If you combine portal it was 90+ weapons, but those 90+ weapons aren't usable in other generations. They are restrictive so the point is mute.

6/. I personally enjoy specialist, but I can respect the argument against them. It has resulted in people playing specialist for a gadget instead of respecting limitations and abiding by the rule systems of a traditional BF experience. Why is this an issue? Because it allowed more generic and authentic gameplay to take place. I've been revived more in prior games with shit medics than this game. I think most people will agree to that.

7. They forfeited story to work on this, at what costs? Are you telling me this is a 60$ USD game worth EVERY penny for gutted content?

8. It's removed a lot of features we have come to expect from battlefield. From advanced destruction to score to bare minimal content

9. It has so many bugs it might genuinely put the BF4 launch to shame when you combine it with design decisions.

10. There is a lack of cohesion between maps. There are too many open fields without cover. It creates a vehicle sandbox, not one that allows infantry to combatively effect the gameplay outside of the vehicle control.

I am worried about significant lag. I play on a PC with an RTX3060 and an I511400 processor so the pc config is ok. I have the impression that the games are lagging because of the internet, yet I have fiber with 200Mb / s at home. When I start the games with the internet in 4G connection sharing with my laptop, it's a little smoother.
The lags are of the type: I click to shoot and there is latency, it jerks.
I also have the yellow squares on the side in play.
A priori on portal in games with 64 players is better.
Do you have any advice or a solution?

For info I tested all the optimizations of the classic games with the graphics settings and change script, weapondof or dx12.

The game is still averaging >40k over the last 30, granted those results are highly skewed by release figures. Discounting the release, there's around ~30k avg/day. Again these numbers are only relevant to steam and cannot be used to extrapolate larger conclusions because specific sales breakdowns and demographics are unknown
