To be fair, this game does actually invite individual, non-team related gameplay with a couple of the specialists. This battlefield is definitely aimed at a different style of players than most of the others. Hence why most Mackays, Paiks, and especially Dozers I see almost never revive. With the XP being so low on it, there’s almost no point to do it unless you’re grinding for a skin.

You can only change sprint speed. Ripple Effect seem to want to add as many options as they can though, so hopefully individual stats can be changed down the line. Especially individual weapon, gadget, and vehicle stats.
