the worst things about bot battles I'd say is it gives you an unrealistic expectation on what tactics work. Like you'll learn the fundamentals of flight controls and such, but some of the hovering and bombarding you can get away with likely won't work on a live server with people

the revolver with AP rounds is surprisingly effective
It won't exactly kill a tank but like if a jeep is up your rear you can plug a bunch of shots into it and that helps drive em off

the revolver with a 6 shot revolver ... when you reload it.

-gun empties 5 shots, then 1 spent shot-
-loads 6 shots-

it's the dumbest thing, because they basically used the same lines of code as any regular automatic magazine based gun.
