Wingsuit dive-bomb over the milsim-larpers hiding behind big rocks and throw the scatter grenades. Throw the scatter grenades against walls so the individual grenades spread out and don't bug-out by clipping under the map ground, because that's what happens a lot I noticed. The goal is to have the nades disperse wide enough that they don't clip-out and small enough radius that it's not a mosquito bite. Play breakthrough mode, even though it's laggier than Conquest. It creates more congestion points so there's more people clustered together. Also, start your grind in Solo mode, breaktrough, Kaleidescope map and hide behind the vent on the roof of the last point. you cap-out at 360-390 right there so that's a head start.

Absolutely. Without question. There are extremely good ideas here, but it fell short, big time. It's an unfinished game, and on top of that, it doesn't even have a campaign. With the resources usually spent on something like that, you'd think a bit more progress would have been made. I mean, ask me more specific questions and I can give you more specific answers if you're curious.

I'd rate it a 4/10 in its current state.

There are times where I'm having fun, but I feel very out of place a lot when I do certain things. Like trying to heal people has become a chore rather than a rewarding task. It feels like I'm fighting the med gun to heal people. I wish they kept in the toss system because it worked and felt simple and rewarding. (They have a patch coming for the med gun, to be fair)

The maps have nice aesthetics, but in practice the vehicles hold all the power and while chat spams "USE RPGS" or whatever, its not viable all the time because of the current vehicle balance. Infantry can't get an opportunity to defend itself because of the large open areas they often get caught in.

I think the gunplay feels pretty fair and decent, it's just hard to tell when some of my shots aren't registering. I also wish there were carbines in the game which acted as a mid range step between SMGS and ARs. ARs back in the day had a slower ROF but damage kicked like a mule. Carbines had that range, but a faster ROF with less damage. SMGS in 2042 feel very powerful, but after the PP nerf a bit more in line with what I assume their vision was. Short range and effective with fast ROF.

Basically a combination of BF3/4 life time stats with score/min, K/D, time played, accuracy, xp earned, and maybe a list of top 5 weapons used with options to look at gear, vehicles, weapons. Would also like to see how many headshot kills with each weapon, accuracy, maybe total bullets shot and hit with each weapon for more detail.

Its a very harsh contrast. Conquest feels so open that I run around a lot without action. Breakthrough is so action packed that I often die to vehicles before I can be useful. There are definitely golden moments between these times though.

I would say that it appears that they were able to incorporate quite a bit more in place of the campaign, though it seems to me that much of it is half-baked. It really does have the makings of an intense and exceptional multiplayer experience, though, it seems as though attention was spread too thin, and thus every part of the game is lacking in some ways, leaving the game to feel incomplete/easy to get burnt out on. That said, I feel that it should have had more testing and development time. A lot more.
