The Soflam should be unlocked earlier. It's really needed as a support item. Especially in breakthrough. The proxy should have been higher since everyone uses it to farm xp and it makes your every move known on breakthrough making it hard to flank.

One thing I've also noticed is if your character is partly clipping through terrain or an object, your body will spasm with gun level but the spread goes ballistic. I think it was a similar bug to the spread post sprinting issue

they were making the infantry combat much more grounded, the player feeling slightly heavier, the guns having a sense of kick and recoil to them that made them feel stronger and the game was overall more gritty. I did some optimisation like clearing cache on bf 2042 game files, adding it in the graphic setting ,making it higher priority in task manager and changing some values in the shaders in game files
