Just resupply teammates, spot enemies, capture/defend objectives. Aka try and get 2-3 of each ribbon and you'll get 20-30k xp a game with just a few kills if any

The games matchmaking is based on lvls so if u play a lot and ur not improving u will end up having even harder enemies. But that might be just my mental, which is hardened from a lot of other games especially where ranked modes exist and I used to rage a lot. Those times are over since like 3 years and im very happy about it and generally became a way more calm person haha

The game is horridly optimized for CPU usage, so it results in low frames. Type in perfoverlay.drawfps 1 in the console, access it by '~', you will see cpu and gpu frames, most likely GPU has great frames, but CPU has horrid, which the computer can only use the lowest performing frame count so hence the game being cpu bound
