Defuse was multiple objectives, often long played games. Once a bomb was defused it could be re-armed and so on until a team overwhelmed an objective. S&D on cod is one bomb, a match lasting 5 minutes. That type of game mode would die instantly on 2042

So this always happens with my first attempted match to enter a Breakthrough session, and it's this glitched up version of Renewal that doesn't let you access the game.

As of now having VOIP with such network intensive demands for the amount of players and platforms is going to take time to develop as it will need to send packets to every player and every device which can eat up shit ton of bandwidth. So they are most likely setting up a separate VOIP system that does not share the same servers that we play on otherwise Lag will be a big problem. Give it time for them to figure out no game with this massive player count has a good VOIP let alone a VOIP system. Don’t listen to the hate they have no clue what it takes to configure a server and optimize it with the kinda player count.

Firstly, I love the modes. All-Out Warfare is by far my favorite as it includes Breakthrough and Conquest. Portal is my second favorite, I love what you can do in it. Hazard Zone is my least favorite but I still like it. It offers some cool exhilarating experiences.

On Portal my favorite game would be Bad Company 2. It’s destruction is unparalleled to any other battlefield. The two maps it gives you are great. All the guns are good and there are a lot of them. It hasn’t changed much apart from the UI and graphics.

My second favorite game on Portal is Battlefield 3. Though close to Bad Company 2 it’s destruction is toned down. Caspian Border is a fantastic map though and it’s levelution event is great. Guns are similar to BC2.

1942 is my least favorite of the 3 but I’ll still play it. I’d rather play Battlefield 5 in the World War 2 setting since it has better destruction and movement. The two maps are decent, though Bulge is my favorite and is really fun. Guns feel nice and the graphics are phenomenal.

Breakthrough is my favorite mode of the two modes. I love Hourglass and Breakaway (snow). It offers great challenges and the action is always close so you don’t need to run around.

Conquest is decent. My favorite maps for it are Orbital and Kaleidoscope. Orbital offers great spots to stick to and the fighting always happens. Kaleidoscope has a neat small levelution event that is fun. I do think Conquest needs more points to capture as I feel I run around a lot.

The specialists are fun. I prefer Falck and Sundance, but each one serves its purpose. I don’t hate the system but it definitely needs to be improved. (ADD FRICKEN RUSSIAN AND US UNIFORMS).

I give the game a 9/10. It’s graphics are unparalleled to any other game release so far. The destruction is good but could be improved. Movement and gun play are phenomenal and realistic. Vehicles are powerful but not ridiculous. Maps are unique and good in their own way. @jovial furnace wrote this bruh 😭

Whoa hold your horses. I thought Hardline was absolute trash made by the DICE B team. 2042 is like BF4. This in no way feels like Hardline. Hardline looked and felt like GTA 5 in first person.
