Stronger armor and weapons overall
More gadget slots, being able to have more than one ammo type at a time

Specialists are fine, they are even divided into classes. The problem is that DICE did all that then didn't limit gear to classes so it's meaningless. That's why there are a 50 AA missiles locking on anytime any air vehicle gets within 20 miles of the enemy team.

Another horrible gameplay decision on their part.

With gear limited, then Specialists just become flavours of a class which would actually add MORE depth and a degree of meaningful choice to class selection

Because they are deemphasizing teamwork and playing the objective. They would rather you camp players running to PTFO to up your kill count to get unlocks.

I seem to recall this happening with previous DICE games where a lobby gets bugged. Was it Battlefront 1? I'm guessing they get borked and then languish out on the cloud for as long as there's people inside the game. Your only option is to just leave the game.

Anyone having problem with joining BF2042 conquest or Breakthrough with friends (all from pc)? Whenever we try to join a game some of us are left in main menu with "party leader selecting game" in status. everytime time I try to join my friends I enter to loading screen for few seconds then back to main menu with same message.

Players can be achieved but would greatly impact graphics. The game runs so shit for people right now because this year it's CPU bound more than GPU. Also optimization is really shitty atm not using 100% of your GPU

From what I'm seeing in the reviews, it's mainly BF4 die-hards that are shitting on 2042. Everyone keeps making the claim that it's more like a COD: Warzone clone (which is hilarious because Warzone was Activision/Blizzards attempt at ripping off Battlefield in the first place.)
