I tried it at a friend's house the day it came out and, after 4 hours of gameplay in which we saw basically every bug/glitch we saw in the last 10 years of gameplay plus two serious crashes, we complained about the lack of structure the game code and core had being ourselves IT students in our university but we didn't jump immediately on the hate train for the devs ( like it's happening right now ) because we knew that , in that time, it wasn't solely their fault but it had to be shared between them and the team behind Public Relations ( or PR ) and the publicity/merchandise of the game ( to speak, the director's board ) and those thoughts were confirmed when they director of CDPR did that video of excuses because they were filled by lawsuits of every sort. It's this a valid point to ditch an entire company for their first failure? no, and No Man Sky can teach it because, after two years, that game is now beloved by a lot of people and praised as such. For battlefield is different*.

I have a Ryzen 7 5800x, MSI RTX 3070 Gaming X Trio, 32GB DDR4 Corsair, 850W EGVA PSU, Asus X570 Aorus Master Elite MB, 3TB 970 EVO M.2 NVME SD and I am getting a solid 80FPS on medium settings and 60 on ultra.. I play Forza Horizon 5, Halo Infinite, GTA V, all on ultra with 100+ FPS, and Warzone at 150 FPS with DLSS. Even with DLSS on and Ray Tracing off on 2042 I'm getting 80. It's crazy

Game runs on 1080p Low, DLSS set to Ultra-Performance, Future Frame rending enabled + Boost.

FPS stays the same if i go to Ultra or 1440p.

I get 55 to 70 inconsistent fps with Ray tracing on and stutters on ADS, sudden movements and when shooting making the game unplayable with all the random drops
