I’m taking this one seriously because it’s DICE’s last chance in my eyes. BF4 was an awful mess, BF1 just wasn’t good, BFV got boring quick and SWBF games just weren’t there. 2 was better after quite some time though. The problem is the link between your origin and steam. For me, I had an old origin linked to my steam that I had no access to. Only 1 link per acc, and couldn't unlink unless I had the old origin's credentials. They disabled progression for everything except AOW because people were abusing bot matches. The issue is people abused it by making the AI have 1 health, which dice stated they wouldn’t allow full progression on matches like that

I haven't gotten a single dip below 50fps yet in game or any stutters, GTX 1080, Ryan 7 5800X, 32GB DDR4 RAM, installed on nvme ssd. It seems inconsistent, some ppl with way better rigs than me are having 30fps and way worse are having 100fps. It seems there might be specific incompatibilities with some hardware or some drives
