It's not just going to be the same as WZ meta garbage because the volume of options and overall battlefield "feel" will kill that anyway. A meta which applies to an infantry-only server will simply not apply to a large scale conquest map with vehicles you just need to find something else to do with your gameplay.

Fair enough, not sure why I made that assumption since I bounced between all 3 other non-recon kits all the time. My bad there on some faulty foundation for the logic. But even so the player can still make that choice to go CQ with an SMG the game just doesn't force that choice upon them. They can still make the choice though.
