Still a snappier system is always better so if you can find a deal on a sata SSD I’d go for it. Also I haven’t looked into ryzen prices that much but a ryzen 5 5600x and a 3700x should be performing similarly but the 5600x will support pcie gen 4 if you want to upgrade down the line
