I feel like the idea of season battle passes are predatory. They get you to buy a game and lock all the colourful and fancy cosmetics behind a timed paywall so they make you act on impulse to buy it. Usually games that have battlepasses sell you an option to get XP and go through the ranks faster. It preys on those with less time and uses psychology to attract people. A multibillion dollar company has no reason to monetise such a huge game like BF other than for money especially after they ditched the huge cost of singleplayer compaign. It makes me sad that people defend actions like this

Because that defeats the purpose of having classes and roles in the game, something the Battlefield games have been built upon since the very first game. Now, Falck can act as 3 classes in 1. There is no balance.
