Which has been the case for every BF beta. They always reflect the release builds gameplay. The only changes that will be made are bug fixes, balancing, and optimization.

Believe it or not, first person animations are animated seperately from the third person ones. For example in bf1 they had to make three different sets of animations, one for the executioner, one for the executed, and one for the players watching. So they can't just throw in a simple "switch" to make it first person. They'll have to dedicate a lot of animation work to it, which they won't do. They'll instead animate more third person takedowns to sell 👍
