from the blog post it sounds like the only thing you can spend the credits on is equipment/perks that make you more equipped to get even more credits. If I already have a bunch, would I want to go and get more? if there was some sick cosmetics or something big to spend credits on, then it would give the mode higher stakes. Say you're close to the skin you want, do you spend some of those credits on equipment to get even more, but have the possibility of losing them and being set back?
