HZ isn’t meant to be a competitor to the free battle royale games, there is no need to since apex is one of the best out there. HZ is just another mode in 2042, one of the core modes. If anything by your logic the main all out warfare mode should be free.

Hazard zone don't make sense without revives. It's an objective mode. It's not BR so staying alive on one life and trying to get drives together isn't going to work especially with a damn 24-32 player
