Honestly, outside of the aim assist not working, and the TTD feeling really fast. I like the game a lot. Even if I’m getting beamed, I still want to keep playing. There’s just something that feels really good about it. The vehicles are great, I think I may be a chopper pilot again in this game. I’ve had a few good runs with the attack chopper and the little bird. They’re very fun to use, other than being constantly locked-on.

Still, if you expect every graphically intensive game to be running at 144hz, you’re expecting too much. You can sweat just fine with 60 hz. 144hz will only give you the edge in situations where ultra fast reactions are required, in order to see and react to the enemy by milliseconds faster. You dont need those extra milliseconds in a game like this. Almost no sweat is going to have a hard time with battlefield. its a casual shooter. its literally easy mode. you’ll do just fine at 60hz or 60 fps. you dont need such reflexes in a game like this. if you have too you can always turn your graphics all the way down and do some configuration in the nvidia control panel, as long as ur specs are good it shouldnt be that hard to get it to 144.

A bunch of the game settings don’t apply probably because it’s a beta, I dont know what does and doesn’t

The actual speed of the server can determine the intelligence of the bots (server tickrate and responsiveness), I am confident bots will be more reactive at launch.

No competitive match in a game like battlefield is going to require the same amount of edge in fps and refresh rate than games like cs:go and valorant use. something you guys seem to misunderstand is the difference in timing between 144hz and 60 hz is a matter of milliseconds. those milliseconds are extremely important in csgo and val due to their nature, but not for battlefield. you dont need that extra edge. period. Its not required. Its battlefield. it will never come close to the hyper competitive natures of cs:go or val. its like comparing kids football to the NFL. those differences wont matter.
