But after launching the game, I noticed it actually started the Epic Launcher in addition to Origin... I've contacted the Epic Store support to actually remove the BF 2042 Open Beta from my game library in fear that it might create more problems.... It's been removed from Epic, but the open beta is still being shown in the origin library and I can't install it anymore...
