Bots will help fill servers, all player types are satisfied and EA gets their money so they are happy. If DICE can actually pull this off then this might be something really special.

That's the hope BUT it remains to be seen how much you can edit. Will you be able to edit individual gun damage, ROF, reload, velocity etc? Then you have vehicles which I'm not sure they will be able to give players the ability to edit the vehicle modifiers since those are notoriously difficult to access. With guns you just have a damage number = easy. With Vehicle weapons you have a damage number but then there are also modifiers that say "weapon will do 1.25x damage to IFV but .5x damage to tanks" and so on. The problem is that and IFV is actually a collection of materials so its not as easy as just putting IFV there.

All out warfare would be using filters to get you into a select preset of Portal servers ran by them, there would be no reason for them to make essentially two sets of servers. They're all connected. They've stated there is official presets they've made to get the experience they would give.

But it is also why they did work hard to remove as many as they could, but the damage was already done.
