Thats not what its supposed to be though. They've made it clear it's meant to be a launch gamemode even if they haven't directly said so. Nobody wants that to be the first bit of content we get. Starting off the first bit of it with a decent battlepass, and a map would be a great way to show people "Things will be good". Not something pushed post launch because they didnt have enough time to finish it.
