i mean i like third person ones in flashy games like titanfall, but the idea of being one soldier, small compared to the huge war arround you, ttrying to survive with your guns and your knife, kinda loses strenght when i start dancing arround a guy striking him with a machete like its some sort of fatality execution instead of the tactical kills in bf4 were you got their dogtags, or the brutal kills in bf1 were it just felt like you were a desperate soldier trying to survive swinging wildly with a mace or a sword, now its ''look at me im so cool and unique''

I think that's understandable if you'd rather play as an unnamed soldier but I think that's also something subjective, like me personally I play a lot of games like that so I don't mind it and I think everyone will get used to it but ig I can understand wanting to play something generic instead. I think they made the change tho because a lot of people nowadays like playing as a specific person with a name and EA has learned that with their other game apex
