Big difference between cut content vs missing content. In Angry Joe's video he discusses things like changing your hairstyle in game and claims it is a missing feature. The thing about that is that CDPR never promised such a feature to be in the game and it's now considered missing content that was promised. Most of the claims in the AJ video are like this so I want to know what YOU thought was missing content vs cut content.

As someone who closely followed the development from it's original announcement, all the way to launch i'll be able to tell you what was missing, and what was cut. I also helped decipher the clues in the ARG game they had as well.
