it was like the bitrate was really poor, on a proper pc monitor it made it look like a 240p image, but the real issues were the stutters. If a game stutters normally then it sucks but it's also whatever since the game will resume after. But when you're streaming that stutter is only on your end so the game continues to play. On forza that means you're guaranteed to crash at 200mph
