And I rather like the idea of having Bots as "filler" on less populated servers, so the games constantly feel like there's some action. Nothing worse than jumping into a half-empty server in the middle of the night, or "Waiting for people to join" before a match can start...

idk if it’s weirder in fortnite where there’s a bit of a mix of art styles and it doesn’t make sense anyway, or in cold war where they match the art style but it’s just kinda strange generally

Absolutely, and I really believe the bots will be smart as well. They have been working on AI for the game since BF1. So that is a few years on AI training etc. And I like the idea how when someone joins it get replaced by a player, vise versa.
