There’s always someone complaining about something. Personally, if you’re gonna make a WW2 game and are gonna show the battles and factions that took part( and make a story about said faction) then you have to show the story within all its historical accuracy. games based on real historical events are always an educational experience for me because I something new and it gives a presentation about what these factions and armies fought for and showing the shear brutality of war. If you’re gonna shy away and not show a WW2 game in a game that you are calling an “authentic” WW2, then they can go piss off.

That's not true. The game was broken for ages and early on every patch broke even more.
The game wasn't fixed until they started the CTE, which was only after the first 3 DLCs were already out.

Yeah like the way Germany and USSR was portrayed and COD WAW is now what I pictured when I think about the fall of Berlin. The final mission where you Storm the Reichstag with the horrific orchestra playing in the background and having to shoot the golden eagle symbol to stop German reinforcements just felt so powerful.
