This aint BF2042, but in PlanetSide 2, when you teamkill, you get warnings. Get enough of them, and your weapons are temporarily disabled

I could see something where if you crash a heli and kill passengers enough times in a game it could lock your ability to fly and you would just have to practice in test range
and I mean like crash crash, not like you get disabled and cant avoid the building
cause even mediocre pilots will only randomly crash 2-3 times a game MAX
and thats in like city environments
