Definetly. The guy I was talking about earlier bought his pc from OTTO. Rtx 2070 super, I9 10900k, and a fast ssd BUT a lame water-cooling system (where my water cooler is better even tho it was probably cheaper), lame PSU and the GPU had only one fan which means it will explode it some point
