Here is a quick example for what I was saying.
In BF you can get shot. A medic can make you heal faster, which gives you an advantage, but you can also wait to heal and go on as if nothing happened. Teamwork is optional.
In squad if you get shot, youre fucked. Only a medic can heal you, and while wounded you take a permanent stamina loss, which makes it harder to run and shoot. Its extremely unforgiving to players who dont work with their team.
