there are a lot of good ideas here from what I read. It would not seem bad to me that each weapon or item had a certain weight and the mobility of the soldier depended on the weight you carry. In plan you can go with an assault rifle and a pistol in a kamikaze plan through enemy lines or move a little slower with extra ammunition and rocket launchers or bulletproof vest, I think it is something that would enrich the game by the number of possible combinations

ttk and ttd are vastly different in BFV. Plus even trained on an smg, those high velocity, low caliber bullets aren’t going to do a large amount of damage at longer ranges. Also, tracking targets at longer ranges reliably, should only work in bursts due to increased recoil from firing for longer periods, unless very low recoil.

A good example of realistic(not completely real) is Rainbow Six Siege. I don’t know how well it would translate over, but it works very well for them.
