Thats why I kinda focused on the Criminal enforcer, since he looks interesting he wears a leather coat and a ski mask and carried a ammo box, FAL or shotgun

so I feel like as a character he would be pretty interesting.

My idea is that he is pressed into the US military due to him being notorious in the mob back during when hardline takes place, a mob killing machine basically, who killing people seems to be his special talent/what hes most good at
