Really depends on the pre-built, but if you go with some specifically for gaming, you won't be...too worse for wear. Won't be anywhere near as good (or even as cheap, when the prices decide to go back to normal), but at the same time it should be alright.

That's one of the things I really hope isn't a problem in BF2042, at least on the current-gen systems and PC (with the relevant hardware). BF1 and V load times are just...pain incarnate, even on a Series X. BF4 loads just fine though.

Attrition actually had a ~50% approval and had the system continued and been refined I have every confidence it would garnered more support. CS is one of the most popular FPS in the world and it doesn't have regen health. The other component that is missing is that when people say "this isn't fun for me" there's a MASSIVE emphasis on the me and they totally forget that there are 63 other players out there. That is to say that while it may not be fun to "die" neither is it fun to see all the damage you inflicted on another player wiped out for no other reason than some time has passed.
