Everything to me is amazing except it being a hero shooter. Why do we shift to specialists, it feels not battlefield like when you have a bunch of named characters running around. The only fix I can see is if each of these specialists have oodles of customization. While not ideal it still would allow me to make my own soldier vs pick a hero that everyone else has. 60 people all using the same 10 people really hurts immersion in my opinion
