Those are parts birds bud. We don't just leave operational aircraft sitting up ready to go. The majority are stripped down or retrofitted for drones. Occasionally, we'll take outmoded airframes like the F-15 and introduce the strike eagle package and F-15EX, things of that nature after significant development to extend the lifespan and reduce the cost to the taxpayer.

I hope the devs are watching the live chat...I am watching the trailer in the highest possible quality frame by frame and I am starting to suspect something. Some of the player characters are in regular jeans....is there going to be either a money based (EXP) system where you "buy" items and weapons (pick and chose) or is it more going to be like BF4 play as "x" class and open up particular weapons/attachments for that class. Considering It has been said that all primary weapons are not going to locked to 1 particular class, it makes sense that if you are not going to lock them but you dont want everyone to have everything from the start you would have some sort of progression for getting weapons...
