1.Give Specialist their own arsenals and gadgets not just the special ones they get. Last thing we need/want is everybody running around with every gun.

2.Divide specialist into 4-5(or more) major categories
riflemen
Anti vehicle
Medic
Engineer
Machine gunner/support
and sniper(An Example would be lets say theres 3 recon specialist, one is the typical human calculator sniper guy, the other is your more mobile marksman who uses a less accurate and less powerful, but faster shooting rifle and the 3rd just uses a standard rifle but has increased mobility with spotting)

3.Basically make every specialist bad at something while being good at something else.
Like Assault in battlefield 1 could basically do everything. It had the best weapons and gadgets.

So I would divide Assault into 2 classes basically,
Anti vehicle crew/bomber, a class with a primary rocket launcher and a secondary pistol.
And rifleman a class just dedicated to being a standard infantry class, maybe give them a grenade launcher. His weapon is a jack of all trades but master of none.

4.Give vehicles their own specialist.
Like the Vehicle crews in battlefield 1.

another solution could be maybe the specialist are more like customizable archetypes.

Battlefield 1942 had 6 classes and battlefield 2 had 8
and IMO 4 is too little.

What like Warzone...lol Yes the issues of Warzone would carry over unless they get some solid anti cheats in place. But ai don't see why not. I play against and with many pc players and can beat them. Battlefield graphics and settings for console have been way better including FOV etc for console which COD didnt do with PC. There will be multiple specialists who have medic like traits, but they won't be the same... Like Maria gets the syringe gun, but other may get a med crate or something like that. So you have to be Maria to use that specific medic trait. which I don't like. I want to be able to customize my character among a lot of choices like in BFV
